I am working with a fast-growing project and cost consultancy located in London Bridge who are searching for a motivated and bright Project Manager to join their well-established project management team.

The Project Manager will bring experience carrying out pre & post contract duties across project lifecycles within the industrial, commercial office and data centre sector.

The Company that the Project Manager will join:

The Project Manager will be joining a modern and socially conscious project management consultancy that have a strong pipeline of projects within the industrial, data centre and commercial office sector. The Project Manager will be expected to support the delivery of projects which are a mixture of new build, refurbishment and fit outs with contract values ranging from £30m-£90m.

The Project Manager will be joining the project management team which consists of the Project Director, 3 Associate Directors, 5 Project Managers, Junior Project Managers and Commercial Managers.

The Project Manager role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from start-finish, whilst liaising with multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles to ensure projects stay on track to handover. The Project Manager will be joining a forward-thinking consultancy who have a reputation for delivering excellent projects.

The Project Manager will be supporting the delivery of projects which are located in London and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
• Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors
• Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the project management team
• Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Senior members of project management team
• Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within budget constraints
• Arranging meetings with clients
• Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards

Project Manager requirements:

• Experience working for a UK construction consultancy
• Industrial, data centre or commercial office experience
• A Full Member of RICS (MRICS) preferred
• BSc/MSc Project Management
• Confident at managing schemes simultaneously
• Good awareness of pre and post contract stages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
