Are you excited about working for an organization that is scaling nationwide? We are seeking a strong salesperson to help continue our aggressive growth throughout the country. Our franchise opportunity has more than 300 territories available for development and offers a franchise candidate an affordable investment with several unique competitive advantages that are unmatched within our industry. Our brand's best competitive advantage is our famous Pay for Performance Plan. When our employees clean a home, the customer is allowed an opportunity to rate their level of satisfaction on a simple scale from 1-10. The numerical rating directly determines our employee's exact wage; effectively creating an ownership mentality. This simple plan serves as our brand's most unique competitive advantage and continues to serve as one of the primary reasons behind our amazing growth. Expectations This person would work directly inside our home office in downtown Birmingham, AL and assist qualified candidates through a 30-90 day franchise development process. The position requires approximately 10% travel; primarily including tradeshows and conferences. The position reports directly to the CEO and compensation includes a $60,000 base salary, $5,000 commission on all closed deals and many other benefits. Unlimited income potential with an expectation of 15-20 closed deals annually. Other benefits include: Health Insurance; Paid Vacations, Parking, Paid Sick Time & 401K retirement matching. Qualifications Be organized, professional and responsive Willing to travel at least 10% of the year; including some air travel Live and work in the Birmingham, AL market Understand basic economics of a small business Great communication skills Hard-charging personality Positive energy 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday mostly Understand the franchise industry and its regulations Enjoy the sales process with a franchise candidate Communicate clearly with franchise candidates and franchise consultants Build relationships with our franchise consultant networks Promote the Two Maids & A Mop brand Interviews are being scheduled right away.
