AMLR is working in partnership with a Specialist Automotive Company based in Hampshire, that Specialise in high quality Vehicle services from domestic, commercial, accident repairs and refurbishment.
Due to a completely full order book, they are now in need of Part-Time administrative support within their offices. We are now looking for an Experienced Part-time Administrator/Bookkeeper to join this unique and bespoke company and assist in the day to day paperwork.
Located at one of there sites in Hampshire you will be working closely with senior management and liaising with other staff members.
Successful candidates will be working in an environment that will give great job satisfaction even though it is Part-Time.
What do you need?
· At least 3 years' experience as an Administrator/Bookkeeper.
· Experience of using Sage accounting software or similar
· Experience with Microsoft Excel and word
· Experience with purchasing, invoicing and requisitions
· Great telephone manner
· Good written skills
· Administrative Qualifications Desirable (NVQ Or City Guilds)
· Positive attitude to work.

· £12-£15 per hour (Depending on Experience)

· Shift: 8.00/9.00am- 2.00/ 3.00pm(Flexible)
