A leading company in the housing sector is seeking a Multiskilled Joiner in Lincoln, where your expertise will play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair works across properties in partnership with the City of Lincoln Council.

The Role
As the Multiskilled Joiner, you'll:

* Carry out a range of joinery and multi-trade tasks to a high standard

* Install and fit joinery components including locks, handles, hinges and fittings

* Measure, cut and assemble wood, composite and metal materials for doors, windows, cabinets and other items

* Repair or replace joinery components such as skirting boards, staircases and kitchen units

* Support with basic plumbing tasks such as repairing leaks, replacing taps and fixing fixtures

* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work within agreed timescales

* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

* Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with company and client expectations

You
To be successful in the role of Multiskilled Joiner, you'll bring:

* NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds qualification in Joinery (or equivalent)

* Valid CSCS card

* Proven experience in joinery installation and repair

* Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems related to joinery work

* Strong understanding of joinery tools, materials and techniques

* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively

* Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations

* Full UK driving licence
