A well-established and growing FM company is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join their team, covering maintenance contracts across the Central Belt.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works across a portfolio of commercial sites.

Key responsibilities include:

Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance

Fault finding, repairs, and remedial works

*

Working on commercial systems including pipework, valves, pumps, and sanitary ware

*

Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

*

Completing job reports and liaising with the office team as required

About You

Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber

*

Experience working on maintenance contracts

*

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

*

Good communication and customer-facing ability

*

Full UK driving licence
