We are currently seeking strong, qualified Store Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leader candidates for our stores in the Ocala, FL area. We are an Expanding Dunkin Donuts Network! We currently have (7) stores in Marion County and another (5) in the Orlando area. So there are plenty of opportunities to grow with us!
- Product Quality- Maintaining company standards
- Guest Services- ensures guest satisfaction, and service speed.
- Safety and Sanitation standards are met
- Leadership, including taking initiative, and effective communication
- Training and Development of all associates, including recruiting, interviewing and retention.
- Administration tasks, inventory, ordering, time keeping, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Plan, develop and maintain labor and food budgets.
- Early morning and weekend work is required.
-ServSafe Certification a plus
-Quick Service Experience a plus
