Overview
We are currently recruiting for Temporary Support Workers to work within 16+ Supported Accommodation services in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to support young people as they transition towards independent living in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

*

Support young people aged 16+ within a supported accommodation setting

*

Encourage independence and assist in developing essential life skills, including budgeting, cooking, and daily living tasks

*

Provide guidance, emotional support, and positive role modelling

*

Maintain safeguarding standards and appropriate professional boundaries at all times

*

Complete basic documentation, including daily records and shift handovers

Requirements

*

Previous experience working with young people or within supported accommodation is desirable

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

Reliable, professional, and approachable manner

*

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends where required

*

A genuine commitment to supporting young people and making a positive impact
