They're now looking to expand their team with a full-time Customer Service Advisor.

As the Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:
  • Being the first point of contact for clients in need of financial solutions.
  • Making outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in a loan.
  • Transferring customers to third-party lenders.
  • Conducting compliant fact-finding with clients.
  • Following up with clients for any outstanding documents.
