Pertemps Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our well-established and highly regarded client in Cowes. We're seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Front of House - Bar Staff member to join their friendly and professional team.

About the Role:You'll be welcoming guests, serving drinks with a smile, and creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all. Whether it's pouring the perfect pint or recommending a favourite local gin, you'll ensure every guest has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a warm and professional manner

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area

Take orders, process payments, and handle cash/card transactions

Support the wider front-of-house team during busy periods

What We're Looking For:
Previous bar or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, positive attitude and team spirit

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
