We are looking for motivated Social Workers who are ready to bring creativity, compassion and confidence to a service where your work truly matters.
About the Role As a (Senior) Social Worker, you will join one of three Children Looked After Teams, each led by a Team Manager and supported by Systemic Practitioners and Specialist Practitioners.
You will:

Support children living with relatives, foster families, adopters, or in residential/semi-independent settings.
Build and sustain relationships, ensuring safety, permanence and independence planning.
Conduct visits, assessments and Care Plan reviews.
Represent children's voices, championing their rights and potential.
Prepare reports and attend court hearings where required.You'll receive regular supervision, consultation with Clinical Family Therapy services, and work closely with health, CAMHS, Independent Reviewing Officers and other partners.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration (ASYE completed).
Experience working with Looked After Children.
Strong practice knowledge across statutory and voluntary settings.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
A commitment to safeguarding, equality and championing children's rights.How We Support You
