LCV Technician | £33,600 Basic + OTE up to £65,000 | Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced LCV Technician to join a busy, well-equipped workshop offering excellent pay, strong earning potential, and full manufacturer training.

Salary & Benefits:

£33,600 basic + OTE up to £65,000
Guaranteed minimum earnings of £40,000 for the first 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

Service, repair and maintain light commercial vehicles (LCVs) to manufacturer standards
Carry out diagnostics, inspections, and repair work efficiently
Maintain workshop quality and productivity targets
Ensure customer satisfaction through attention to detail and reliability
Stay up to date with training and technical developments
✅ Essential Skills:

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Full UK driving licence (HGV licence an advantage)
MOT Tester qualification desirable
Previous LCV or dealership experience preferred
