Selling a full line of semi-custom and standard DC motors with the ability to build and retain long term business relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for sales volume, and sales growth, by maintaining existing customer base and by significantly increasing new customer base
•Review customer drawings and specifications with internal engineering team to identify a motor .
•Prepares and presents customer quotations, meeting minutes, and special sales reports.
•Self driven - motivated individual
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Liaison between factories and customers
•May be required to participate in special marketing projects and share data with other departments.
•Coordinate with outside sales representatives as needed.
•Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree from a 4 year college or university.
•Minimum of 2 year in sales
•Experience in landing new customers on a consistent basis.
•Demonstrate effective problem solving. Analyze information and develop alternative solutions.
•Excellent oral and written communication and group presentation skills
•Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•Willing to travel 20% - 30% throughout North America with occasional visits to the Far East.
