Business Development Manager
Plumbing, Heating & Renewable Energy

Marble Talent Group are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across our clients plumbing, heating, and renewable energy sectors. The role involves working with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, deliver projects, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities.

* Manage and grow client relationships and key accounts.

* Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure efficient delivery.

* Ensure all projects meet required safety, quality, and customer service standards.

* Prepare and present technical proposals to clients.

* Track and report pipeline activity via the CRM system.

* Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

* Experience in business development (ideally in renewables, plumbing, or heating).

* Experience in domestic and commercial installations, gas, and heating/ventilation systems.

* Knowledge or practical experience with air source and ground source heat pumps.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Strong commercial awareness, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Technical knowledge to oversee project quality and timelines.

* Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
