Day-to-day of the role:- Provide tailored support to individuals, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Administer medication and perform tasks such as PEG feeding under appropriate training and guidelines.
- Utilise PMVA/PI training to manage and de-escalate challenging situations safely.
- Work flexibly across various shifts to meet the needs of the service.
- Engage with ongoing training opportunities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience as a Support Worker in a similar setting.
- Trained in administering medication and PEG feeding.
- PMVA or PI training certification.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the service.
