The Role

As the FCA Compliance Administrator, you'll play a key part in ensuring the business remains fully compliant with FCA regulations and internal policies. You'll support the Compliance Manager with day‑to‑day monitoring, documentation, and reporting, helping to maintain a culture of fairness, transparency, and customer protection.

Key Responsibilities

-     Maintain and update compliance records, logs, and documentation

-     Support with FCA reporting, audits, and regulatory submissions

-     Conduct internal checks to ensure adherence to policies and procedures

-     Assist with complaint handling and quality assurance processes

-     Monitor regulatory updates and help implement required changes

-     Provide administrative support to the wider compliance and operations teams

About You

-     Experience working in a regulated environment (ideally FCA‑regulated)

-     Strong understanding of compliance principles and consumer duty

-     Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

-     Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams

-     Proactive, reliable, and keen to develop within compliance
