Description
- Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular cost analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
- Assess project progress and recommend cost-saving measures where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and construction teams to meet deadlines.
- Manage risk and resolve any financial discrepancies during the project lifecycle.

Profile
A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience working on construction projects within the property services or maintenance sectors.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for budgeting and reporting.
- A thorough understanding of construction contracts and legislation.
- Great communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
