Registered Home Manager - Stowmarket 

Location: Stowmarket, Suffolk

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum 

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, including:

Leading and developing a dedicated care team

Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations

Managing budgets and resources effectively

Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community

Driving continuous improvement and person-centred care

Requirements:

At least 3 years Registered Manager experience within a residential or nursing home setting

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices

Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
