My client, an accomplished, sustainable Multidisciplinary Consultancy is currently searching for a Flood Risk Consultant to join their growing team of specialists in beautiful West Yorkshire, in the North of England.

Essential Criteria:

- A Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or similar discipline

- Demonstrable experience of working with Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS)

- Good working knowledge of the relevant Section Agreements (including S104, S106, etc.), and their respective applications

- Working knowledge of TUFLOW, Flood Modeller, InfoWorks ICM, etc.

It would also benefit applicants for the role of Flood Risk Consultant to possess the following:

- Experience of liaising with a range of stakeholders across the public and private sectors

- Excellent communication skills and time management

- Developing and implementing Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and producing Flood Mitigation Projects

- Designing Drainage Strategies and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS)

- Preparing calculations and drawings for drainage systems, aligned to the relevant Section Agreements

- Liaising with a range of clients and other stakeholders, across the public and private sectors
