Annual Salary: £27,040
Driving Required: Yes - clean licence as work vehicle provided

What You'll Do:
As an Industrial Cleaner / Janitor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients facilities are spotless and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing thorough cleaning of designated areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and production areas.
Conducting internal cleans to managed properties, builders cleans and new build final cleans.
Operating industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Following health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Working collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive work atmosphere, as well as have self drive when working independently.
Hold excellent IT skills in order to operate company IT for schedule or works and reporting. What We're Looking For:
