Our CFO Advisory team is a dedicated team of professionals with deep technical accounting and financial reporting skills and in-depth knowledge of the Insurance industry. **

We are a client-facing group used to dealing with the practical application of accounting and financial reporting requirements and are experienced in advising clients on challenging and complex technical matters. We work closely with the Deloitte’s Global Centres of Excellence to ensure a consistent robust response to accounting questions posed. As such our team are uniquely positioned to assist companies with the accounting and financial reporting challenges they face.

**Your role**
We are looking to expand our team by of focused, aspirational and collaborative practitioners, and as such we are offering the opportunity to join as a Manager to support this challenging and rapidly expanding business. The successful candidates will assist in the provision of a range of different service offerings provided by the CFO Advisory team, which may include:

* Advising clients on IFRS and UKGAAP accounting queries * Assessing the impact of new accounting standards such as IFRS 9, 15, 16 and 17 and assisting clients with implementation * Performing accounting policy and financial statements reviews * Advising clients on Solvency II methodology * Assisting our clients with analytics

Location:
Your home office will be London, but this client-facing role provides opportunity for travel in the UK.

Work pattern:
This is a permanent full time opportunity, with flexibility of home-working.

**Your professional experience**
To qualify for the role you must have:

* Experience of working within, or with, Audit department of a large Financial Services organisation or within the insurance industry * Candidates will ideally be qualified Accountants (ACA or equivalent) * Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and / or Solvency II * Strong knowledge of the insurance industry * Ability to develop strong client relationships
