We are looking for a number for multi trade operatives to work with our client on Damp & Mould repairs on behalf our client a Leicestershire based local council.

Job role: Multi Trade Operative - Carrying out plastering repairs, plumbing repairs and carpentry repairs on Void properties across the Leicestershire region.

Start date: ASAP

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: Leicester

Duration:6-8 months

Pay rate: £18 - £20 per hour dependant on skill set and qualifications

Requirements:

NVQ & City Guilds in Minimum Associated Trade or CSCS CARD
Ideally previous domestic property repair experience
