We are currently recruiting for one of our Cambridge based clients who are recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their growing team on a full-time basis, with a hybrid working pattern. This role would suit a candidate making their first move from a practice environment.

Typical duties include:

* Supporting both internal and external reporting processes

* Ensuring deadlines are met when producing financial reports

* Performing self-assessments to identify areas for improvement

* Maintaining a high level of accuracy when monitoring internal policies and procedures

* Supporting with any audit processes

* Ensuring statutory accounts are completed accurately and in a timely manner

* Performing any other ad-hoc tasks where required

You will have:

* A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA,CIMA)

* The ability to be flexible and support the needs of the wider team when necessary

* A keen eye for detail

* Experience within a practice environment
