Their Central London branch is a fast-paced, high-performing office, and they are now seeking a proactive and reliable Office Administrator to support the office and ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone with over 18 months of experience working in a similar role in an estate agency environment. You'll be supporting the branch with key administrative duties - handling documentation, coordinating renewals, ensuring compliance, and keeping everything ticking behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process lettings paperwork, including tenancy agreements and compliance documents
  • Assist with tenancy renewals and coordinate relevant communications
  • Ensure all files and documents are compliant with current legislation and company standards
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems
  • Provide general admin support to the team, including answering phones, booking appointments, and greeting clients
  • Support branch efficiency through stock ordering, post handling, and office coordination
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors professionally and promptly

About You:

  • Minimum 18 months' experience working in a similar role for an Estate Agent
  • Strong understanding of lettings documentation, renewals, and compliance processes
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A confident communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and lettings/property management software
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and pitch in where needed
