Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join our well-established client.
Job Duties:
* Provide technical support to customers and independent engineers via telephone, face to face and other correspondence methods on industrial equipment.
* Be the primary point of contact for the client on technical matters.
* Preparation of new machines in workshop, to include PDI and installation of options.
* Assist with training and advice to customer's engineers, dealers and service partners.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the products and services being sold, including their features, benefits, and applications.
* Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Technically minded.
* Strong mechanical and hydraulic skills / knowledge.
* Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 Per Annum + Commission.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
