Are you looking to build a career in Freight, We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across air, sea, and road exports, with full training provided.

You will be involved in all aspects of export process, supporting shipments from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

• Learning and using in-house systems (Descartes, NetFreight, eCustoms)
• Making bookings with suppliers and carriers
• Preparing export documentation for international shipments
• Completing customs declarations using CDS
• Monitoring shipments throughout the export process
• Liaising with customers, hauliers, and airlines via email and telephone

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and develop within logistics/export operations
• Full UK driving licence preferred (occasional use of company van required)
