Job Title: Dual Registered Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two residential homes (8-bed and 7-bed) supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, and Mental Health needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a manager ready to take multi-site responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage two residential services efficiently

Lead and support teams across both homes

*

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and policies

*

Promote high standards of person-centred care

*

Oversee staffing, training, and performance management

Person Specification:

*

Proven experience in a managerial or senior care role

*

Previous experience with Learning Disabilities

*

Ability to manage multiple teams and sites

*

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
