Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Senior in Trowbridge to prepare management and year-end accounts, tax computations, and supporting schedules. This client-facing role combines accounting expertise, mentoring junior team members, and identifying business opportunities, providing exposure to a varied client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts, year-end accounts, and tax computations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Deliver accurate outputs on time and within budget
• Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge
• Identify client opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives
• Promote continuous learning and development across the team

About You

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or working towards)
• Proactive, client-focused, and highly organised
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Collaborative team player, supporting and mentoring colleagues
• Commercially aware with an interest in client growth
