What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager, ideally with a strong track record in improving or transforming settings.
- Demonstrable success in achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings.
- Deep understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and early years best practice.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach — able to identify challenges and implement positive change.
- A genuine passion for creating inspiring, nurturing environments for children and teams alike.
