Finance Manager SF Recruitment are currently working with a dynamic and rapidly growing Worcester based business in the recruitment of a Finance Manager. Qualified by experience, Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or Part qualified, this role is seeking a strong people person to manage a small team. As Finance Manager, you will be involved in:

• Preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts in a timely manner, including but not limited to, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, board reports and cash flow forecasts
• Assist the FC in producing monthly and annual financial accounts.
• Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and profit and loss analysis across all group companies.
• Submission of VAT & overseas sales tax returns.
• Involvement in improvements to internal processes and improving efficiencies within the team.
