Supply Chain Coordinator – Major Fashion & Lifestyle Brand

The Role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll help maintain the smooth, efficient flow of stock through the supply chain network. From shipment coordination to data accuracy and issue resolution, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring product gets to the right place at the right time.

This role suits someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries- Track shipments and resolve delivery delays- Update systems and maintain accurate inventory records- Communicate with 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse teams- Support demand planning, replenishment, and forecasting- Produce KPI reports and analyse supply chain performance- Investigate stock discrepancies- Contribute to continuous process improvements

Skills & Experience Required:

- 1–2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Confident using Excel and/or ERP systems- Excellent communication and stakeholder management- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods is a plus

Additional Requirement:

- Due to the site’s location near Castleford, having your own transport is a major advantage.
