This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start their career in IT. You will gain hands-on experience supporting and developing IT infrastructure while also contributing to data analytics and reporting within the business.

Working as part of a collaborative IT team, you’ll build a broad understanding of systems, networks, and business processes, while developing your technical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support the IT team in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure and systems
• Assist with IT support queries via the helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Help monitor system performance and escalate issues where necessary
• Contribute to IT projects and system improvements
• Support the implementation and use of data analytics tools and reporting
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand and support their IT needs
• Assist in maintaining IT security standards and following company policies
• Liaise with external suppliers and support partners where required
• Keep accurate records of support requests and updates
• Take part in training and development to build technical knowledge
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused working environment

Essential:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Studies, or a related field
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, systems, and data analytics
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Desirable:

• Basic understanding of networks, hardware, or IT systems
• Awareness of technologies such as cloud systems or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Any internship, placement, or project experience in IT

• Location: Redditch (on-site, full-time)
• Occasional travel to other company sites is required – a full UK driving licence is essential
