Input and process timesheet submissions for payment runs
Handle client queries on submissions or payments
Administer ad-hoc payment requests (e.g. holiday, VAT)
Process advances and manage fund recovery
Execute daily payment routines and reconciliations
Provide reporting for clients and HMRCRequirements:
Strong admin background and high data accuracy
Numerate with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Able to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team
Experience in payroll or self-employed payments is a bonus
