What You'll Be Doing

Teaching a mixed-ability Year 1 or Year 2 class with emotional warmth and intellectual challenge

Using assessment thoughtfully to move learning forward and celebrate every step of progress

Building trusting relationships with families to support home-school partnerships

About You

You'll hold QTS by September 2025 (or be on track to achieve it this summer)

You have a passion for early primary education and understand what makes KS1 unique

You believe that every child can succeed and you're committed to nurturing the whole child

You're eager to learn and grow alongside a supportive team

*

You have strong classroom presence, excellent communication skills, and a sense of humour
