Contributing to the achievement of centre targets and KPIs
Overseeing stock maintenance and control

Maintaining accurate documentation and recordsRequirements for the Assistant Centre Manager role:

Proven experience in a similar management position within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of car technology and workshop operations
Ability to achieve sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Motivation and ability to coach and mentor a team effectively
Driving licenceIf you possess the necessary skills such as Workshop Controller experience, Master Technician knowledge, Fast Fit Branch Manager background, or Assistant Service Manager expertise.
