Principal Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Female Physical Education Teacher with QTS to join a vibrant secondary school. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic PE specialist who is passionate about promoting health, fitness and positive wellbeing in young people.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3-KS4 (and KS5 if applicable).

Plan, prepare, and assess high-quality learning experiences.

Encourage participation, teamwork, and confidence through a variety of sports and activities.

Contribute to extracurricular programmes, clubs, and school sports events.

Promote a safe, inclusive and motivating environment for all students.

Uphold school policies and maintain excellent classroom discipline.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.

Specialism in Physical Education.

Must be female due to supervision requirements in changing rooms (Equality Act Schedule 9 - Genuine Occupational Requirement).

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for sport and physical development.

Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
