Salary: £28-£38 per hour (DOE)

Description:
Pro-Staffing is recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to work within prison healthcare settings. This role is suited to nurses who are confident in delivering mental healthcare within a secure and fast-paced environment.

Important Requirement:
Valid Prison Clearance is essential. Candidates without current prison clearance cannot be considered.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct mental health assessments

* Develop and review care plans

* Deliver therapeutic and risk management interventions

* Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical notes

* Respond to mental health crises within the prison

* Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

* RMN qualification with active NMC PIN

* Valid Prison Clearance (mandatory)

* Experience within prisons, forensic, secure, or crisis mental health services (preferred)

* Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
