Anderson Knight Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established organisation to recruit a confident and proactive People Partner. This is a true generalist opportunity, supporting site-based HR operations within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

This role offers excellent autonomy, with responsibility for managing HR activity across multiple locations. While you will act as the primary HR contact on-site, you'll also be part of a wider HR function, ensuring access to ongoing support, collaboration, and professional development.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert, pragmatic HR advice to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters

* Manage end-to-end HR casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management

* Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities

* Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with current UK employment legislation

* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive business improvement and growth

* Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports as required

* Build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites

About You

* Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with experience working autonomously

* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

* Confident managing a varied and high-volume employee relations caseload independently

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands

* Flexible and willing to travel across Scotland as required

* CIPD qualified or currently working towards qualification (desirable)
