The Opportunity
We're working with a well-established recruitment agency based in Salford who are looking to expand their permanent division with the addition of an experienced Recruitment Consultant. You'll be joining a close-knit perm team of four, with strong support and a collaborative environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle while also having the backing of a dedicated sales and business development team.

The Role

* Managing the full 360 permanent recruitment process

* Working on a warm desk with existing client relationships and live roles

* Building and developing your own client base alongside the existing pipeline

* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across permanent roles

* Maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates

* Collaborating with the wider team to maximise opportunities

About You

* Previous experience in permanent recruitment is essential

* Background in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain sectors is preferred, but other sector experience will be considered

* Strong relationship-building and communication skills

* Driven, self-motivated, and commercially aware

* Comfortable developing new business alongside managing existing clients

* Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

* Uncapped commission structure with the opportunity to earn up to 25% of billings
