Our client, based in Pudsey, is seeking an Internal Sales Office Assistant.

The requirements are:

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel

A willingness to learn new things

Adaptable to change

Keen to progress and develop their career

The ideal candidate will be a confident, positive and proactive person with a 'hands on' approach to learning, who works well as part of a team

The role will include the following, all with on the job training and support given:

General administration duties including collection and dispersal of postage

Filing and organisation of all relevant paperwork including delivery notes

Good grades in Maths and English

Some data inputting of sales information

Answering sales calls and taking messages

The right candidate will need to be computer literate and adaptable to new IT systems
