🚜 About the Role

A well-established family-run machinery dealership and service provider operating across Staffordshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire and Cheshire is looking for a skilled Plant Engineer to support both workshop and field-based operations.

You will be responsible for fault finding, diagnostics, servicing and repair of compact plant machinery, both:

In the workshop

At customer sites across the Midlands

A fully equipped service van will be provided for field work.

🔧 Machinery You'll Work On

Experience with compact plant machinery is highly desirable, including:

Avant wheel loaders

GEHL machinery

Mustang skid steers

Bobcat skid steers

1T-10T excavators

Tracked dumpers

Compact tractors

👨‍🔧 What We're Looking For

✔ Strong experience working on compact plant or similar machinery
✔ Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding ability
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ A professional and customer-focused approach
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
