This career opportunity is permanent and aimed at individuals passionate about transforming financial control processes. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and execute transformation initiatives within the Finance department
• Design and implement innovative financial control frameworks that are tailored to strategic business needs.
• Facilitate deep-dive analysis into financial processes to identify and address areas for improvement.
• Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of new control processes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on the progress and effectiveness of transformation projects to senior management.

Essential -

• Insurance Experience (Industry or Consultancy)
• Financial Control (SOx or Non-SOx)
• Accountancy Qualified (P/Q would still be considered)

Desirable -

• Worked on a Finance Transformation Project previously
