Deal with customer emails and calls as well as answering queries

- Maintain customer databases and update customer records- Assist with order processing and tracking of customer orders- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services- Assist with sales forecasting and analysis- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team as needed
