Monarch Education is currently recruiting Early Career Teachers to join primary schools across Oxford from September. We work closely with a wide range of schools who are looking for motivated, passionate new teachers ready to begin their careers in warm, community‑focused settings.

About the Role

As an ECT, you will take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive learning environment, and becoming an active part of school life. Each role will differ depending on the school, but all offer the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
