We're looking for Rceruiment Managers with a solid track record in finance and accounting recruitment who are ready to run a division, drive growth, and build a high-performing team.

The Role:

Manage and grow our Finance & Accounting recruitment desk

*

Develop new business opportunities and nurture key accounts

*

Place permanent and/or contract professionals across a wide range of finance roles

*

Mentor junior consultants as the division grows

*

Lead from the front by billing and demonstrating high performance

What We're Looking For:

*

Minimum 3 years' experience in finance/accounting recruitment

*

Proven billing history with consistent high performance

*

Confidence to manage a desk independently and drive growth

*

Ambition to take on leadership responsibilities and build a team

*

Strong local market knowledge
