About the Role:

You'll be contacting a database of potential customers on behalf of our client, engaging them in meaningful conversations to gauge interest in their offerings. This is not a hard-sell role - it's about building rapport, asking the right questions, and identifying opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to a provided list of prospects
Introduce and explain our client's products and services
Qualify leads and record accurate information
Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and call quality
