Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will manage the sales order process and maintain customer relations to provide a stress-free and satisfying purchasing process for our clients. Kramer Industries is in the business of manufacturing and distributing abrasives, tumbling media, and surface finishing equipment headquartered in Piscataway, NJ. Our motto is “Right from the Start”. Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales documents, including but not limited to sales orders, shipping documents, and invoices, using QuickBooks accounting software

  • Enter and maintain customer data in Salesforce CRM software

  • Create and forward appropriate sales order documents, confirmations, certifications, etc. to our customers

  • Manage customer notes, folders, and files in SharePoint

  • Create and forward sales order follow-ups and thank you notes

  • Receive customer orders via telephone, e-mail, fax and customer portals

  • Build customer relationships through open communications and respect

  • Liaise between our Customers, Sales Team and Technical Department

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service and Account Management

  • Precise and efficient data enter capabilities

  • Strong organizational abilities

  • Exceptional phone manner

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Ability to multitask

  • Excellent keyboard skills
