Our client, an established property maintenance & construction company, have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their team in Redruth. Projects span across various clients in both the private and public sectors.Package: 

• Van and fuel card
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Qualifications, knowledge and experience:

• Full valid UK driver’s license
• An understanding of NHF rates would be beneficial
• An understanding of the construction industry
• Clean criminal record
