Academics are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a Special Resource Provision (SRP) in Medway. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.

The Role

Working 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils with SEN within the SRP

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and adapting learning materials to meet individual needs

Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

Promoting inclusion and ensuring every child has access to an engaging and positive learning experience

Working collaboratively with the SENCO and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential)

Knowledge of Autism, ADHD, and other learning needs

A calm, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting young people

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for making a positive difference in education
