About us:

We are currently recruiting for a business support administrator to join our estates/facilities team at GDMA Group. The purpose of this role will be to provide administrative support to our office personnel. You will be responsible for helping the smooth running of the business.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Reception duties:

  • Greeting visitors, contractors, and members of staff at reception.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms.
  • Organising and logging incoming and outgoing post.
  • Answering queries via phone or email.

Assisting the Procurement department:

  • Ordering office supplies, furniture, and materials for Head Office and for our various sites and developments.

Assisting the Helpdesk department:

  • Updating computer records using our database.
  • Compiling reports on jobs and ongoing developments.

Supporting other departments with administrative duties.

Skills and experience:

  • Experience within an administrative role.
  • Relevant administrative qualifications (desirable) - can be provided if required.
  • A dynamic and motivated individual with an eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
  • IT proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.).
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Time management and prioritisation skills.
