We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a fast-growing logistics company based in West Thurrock. This is an exciting opportunity to lead warehouse operations within a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage teams, and ensure efficient goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
• Monitor stock accuracy, inventory control, and warehouse KPIs.
• Ensure all operations comply with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Optimise warehouse layout, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with logistics, transport, and customer teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor within a fast paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with WMS systems and inventory management.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of health & safety and warehouse best practices.
